In our home market Sweden, we have a nation-wide presence and a leading market position through our dealer groups Hedin Automotive, Hedin Performance Cars and Carstore.

Hedin Automotive offers customers passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks from some 36 brands at more than 100 full-service dealerships. It is the country’s largest Ford dealer and is also exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier, BYD and Hongqi in Sweden.

In addition to that we are Sweden's largest Porsche retailer through Hedin Performance Cars, which operates six Porsche Centers.

On top of that, we offer high-quality pre-owned vehicles via our dedicated used vehicle business under the Carstore trademark, which has a presence of six dealerships and growing.

At Carstore Auction, cars are sold to dealers at online auctions.

In Norway, we retail new and used passenger cars from BMW, MINI, MG, Corvette, and INEOS Grenadier under the trademark Bavaria. In addition, Bavaria in Stavanger is retailer of BMW Motorrad – making it the only dealership in Scandinavia to offer both BMW passenger cars and motorcycles.

We are also a significant representative of Porsche in Norway, where Hedin Performance Cars operates four Porsche Centers, including the Porsche Classic Center Son, a dealership certified in classic Porsche sales and aftermarket services – one of only four Porsche Classic Centers worldwide.

Our offering extends beyond passenger cars, as we also retail Iveco under the trademark Hedin Nordic Truck Retail, strengthening our presence in the commercial vehicle segment.

Our dedicated used vehicle retailer Carstore is also operating in Norway, with a current presence of three dealerships. At Carstore Auction, dealers purchase vehicles via online auctions.

Since 2022 we are operating one of Finland’s largest automotive retail businesses under the Hedin Automotive trademark. Representing 20 automotive brands, we hold a leading market position on the Finnish market.

In 2023, Hedin Automotive’s operations grew into a truly nationwide retail presence through the acquisition of Delta Auto with 13 dealerships in 12 cities, adding six new brands to the portfolio: Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Maxus, Mitsubishi, as well as Kia – one of the most popular car brands in Finland.  After expanding Kia retail business to two new locations in 2024, to Porvoo and Espoo, Hedin Automotive is now the largest Kia dealer in Finland.

Hedin Automotive also grew with Ford in 2023, by acquiring Auto Oy Vesa-Matti in Pori on the west coast of Finland. With the addition Auto Oy Vesa-Matti, Hedin Automotive represents Ford presence at six locations in Finland and the company’s Ford business corresponds to 30% share of total Ford sales in the country.

Via Carstore, our dedicated used vehicle retailer, we offer high-quality preowned vehicles, with a current presence of three dealerships.

Denmark is our latest market entry and since November 2024 we operate a full-service dealership for cp Trucks in Odense.

Our Benelux retail operations comprise a comprehensive offer to both private and corporate customers. This includes everything from private and business leasing and sales of new and used vehicles to financing and insurance solutions, aftermarket services, spare parts and mobility solutions through car rental, insurance, financing and leasing.

We have had a local presence in Belgium since 2018, where we are the largest Mercedes-Benz retailer with approx. 20% market share. Over the years, our Belgian operations have expanded through the acquisition of several Toyota, Lexus and Mazda dealerships. And in 2024 XPENG was added to the portfolio. We also offer MABI Mobility car rental services and operate a number of standalone body and paint workshops.

We are also the exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier and Hongqi in Belgium.

In the Netherlands we are one of the largest retailers in the country both in terms of market coverage and brands represented, a position that was significantly reinforced in 2023 and 2024 when the dealer groups Renova, Janssen Kerres and Dubbelsteyn were acquired. In addition to an extensive network of full-service Hedin Automotive branded dealerships and a nation-wide network of MABI Mobility rental outlets, we also operate a number of standalone body and paint workshops around the Netherlands.

We are also the exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier and Hongqi in the Netherlands.

In 2023 we entered Luxembourg for the first time through the acquisition of the Mazda activities of car retailer Garage Pirsch in the city of Luxembourg. This meant that we completed the Group’s Benelux presence with market-leading retail operations and grew with Mazda, with sales rights to the brand in the country Luxembourg. Nowadays we offer multiple car brands to our customers from this site.

We are also the exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier and Hongqi in Luxembourg.

In Slovakia, our retail activities are operated under the Hedin Automotive trademark. Hedin Automotive provides an end-to-end offering in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through an extensive dealer network comprising 12 dealerships in Slovakia.

In addition to its strong retail position, Hedin Automotive also operates an extensive aftermarket business in major cities across the region.

In Slovakia, Hedin Automotive is a market-leading retailer of Mercedes-Benz and KIA.

Our dedicated used vehicle retailer Carstore is also operating in Slovakia, with a current presence of one dealership.

Our operations in Slovakia have a long-standing history under the Motor-Car trademark. In January 2025, all retail activities were rebranded under the unified Hedin Automotive name, strengthening our brand presence across the region.

In Hungary, our retail activities are operated under the Hedin Automotive trademark. Hedin Automotive provides an end-to-end offering in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through a dealer network comprising two dealerships.

In addition to its leading retail presence, Hedin Automotive also operates an extensive aftermarket business across the region.

In Hungary, Hedin Automotive is a significant automotive retailer, representing KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Opel, and Volvo.

Our operations in Hungary have a long-standing history under the Autentik Motor-Car and Orientik Motor-Car trademarks. In January 2025, all retail activities were rebranded under the unified Hedin Automotive name, strengthening our brand presence across the region.

In Czech Republic, our retail activities are operated under the Hedin Automotive trademark. Hedin Automotive provides an end-to-end offering in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through a dealer network comprising two dealerships.

In addition to its leading retail position, Hedin Automotive also operates an extensive aftermarket business across the region.

In the Czech Republic, Hedin Automotive operates sales and service of Mercedes-Benz and Opel at three locations.

Our operations in the Czech Republic have a long-standing history under the Hošek Motor trademark. In January 2025, all retail activities were rebranded under the unified Hedin Automotive name, strengthening our brand presence across the region.

Hedin Automotive came to the UK in April 2023 acquiring four Mercedes- Benz retailers across south London. Our four locations offer customers a broad portfolio of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and all aftersales services.

In August 2023 our presence in Europe’s second largest car market grew with the acquisition of the esteemed retailer, Stephen James. The group operates across five locations in the Greater London area and offers a comprehensive range of automotive solutions selling over 6,000 new and used cars annually. Stephen James is well known for its dedication to exceptional customer service and is one of the top ranked BMW/MINI Retailer groups in the UK.

From early 2025, the Stephen James operations will also be rebranded and operated under the trademark Hedin Automotive.

In Germany we operate KW Autohaus, a retailer of new and used Dodge and RAM in Bremerhaven. The ambition is to create a 360^o American automotive hub in Bremerhaven: a flagship offering end customers all products and services provided by the Klintberg & Way Group.

Our German retail activities was significantly expanded in August 2023, when we acquired Torpedo Gruppe, one of the oldest and largest dealer groups in the country. In 2024, all of our operations were rebranded as Hedin Automotive.  We provide an end-to-end retail offering to private and corporate customers, with sales of new and used passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks, car rental, insurance and financing solutions, as well as a complete aftersales business.

Hedin Automotive represents Mercedes-Benz, smart, Hyundai, Land Rover, Hongqi, Dodge, RAM, XPENG and BYD with presence at 22 locations in six German states.
