In our home market Sweden, we have a nation-wide presence and a leading market position through our dealer groups Hedin Bil, Bavaria Bil, Hedin Performance Cars and Carstore.

Hedin Bil offers customers passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks from some 25 brands at more than 100 full-service dealerships. It is the country’s largest Ford dealer and is also exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier and Hongqi in Sweden.

Through Bavaria, we sell and service BMW and MINI at eleven dealerships. In addition to that we are Sweden's largest Porsche retailer through Hedin Performance Cars, which operates five Porsche Centers.

On top of that, we offer high-quality pre-owned vehicles via our dedicated used vehicle business under the Carstore trademark, which has a presence of six dealerships and growing.

In Norway, we retail new and used passenger cars from BMW, MINI, MG, and INEOS Grenadier under the trademark Bavaria. In addition, Bavaria in Stavanger is retailer of BMW Motorrad – making it the only dealership in Scandinavia to offer both BMW passenger cars and motorcycles.

We are also a significant representative of Porsche in Norway, where Hedin Performance Cars operates four Porsche Centers, of which is the Porsche Classic Center Son, a dealership certified in classic Porsche sales and aftermarket services – one of only four Porsche Classic Centers worldwide.

Our dedicated used vehicle retailer Carstore is also operating in Norway, with a current presence of three dealerships.

Since 2022 we are operating one of Finland’s largest automotive retail businesses under the Hedin Automotive and Bavaria trademarks. Representing 17 automotive brands, we hold a leading market position on the Finish market.

In 2023, Hedin Automotive’s operations grew into a truly nationwide retail presence through the acquisition of Delta Auto with 13 dealerships in 12 cities, adding six new brands to the portfolio: Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Maxus, Mitsubishi, as well as Kia – one of the most popular car brands in Finland.

Hedin Automotive also grew with Ford in 2023, by acquiring Auto Oy Vesa-Matti in Pori on the west coast of Finland. With the addition Auto Oy Vesa-Matti, Hedin Automotive represents Ford presence at six locations in Finland and the company’s Ford business corresponds to 30% share of total Ford sales in the country.

Hedin Automotive has been active in Belgium since 2018, when we acquired our first Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Gent/Antwerp area.

Today, we have expanded and currently operate 25 dealerships all over Flanders, representing six major automotive brands in total, including a market-leading Mercedes-Benz business and as the exclusive retailer of the INEOS Grenadier and Hongqi in Belgium.

In the Netherlands we are one of the largest retailers in the country both in terms of market coverage and brands represented, with a comprehensive offer to both private and corporate customers. This includes everything from private and business leasing and sales of new and used vehicles to financing and insurance solutions, aftermarket services and spare parts.

Our market-leading position was significantly reinforced in 2023 when the dealer groups Renova and Janssen Kerres were acquired.

In addition to some 70 full-service dealerships, we also operate a number of standalone body and paint workshops around the Netherlands.

Our presence in Luxembourg was established in 2023 through the acquisition of the Mazda activities of car retailer Garage Pirsch in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. This meant that Hedin Mobility Group entered the Luxembourg market for the first time, expanding the number of countries with local operations to 14 and completing the Group's Benelux presence with market-leading retail operations in the region through the Hedin Automotive trademark in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg.

With the expansion of Garage Pirsch’s activities, we also grew with Mazda, which we are also representing in Finland, with sales rights to the brand in the country Luxembourg.

Further, Hedin Automotive in Luxembourg will become the third INEOS Grenadier showroom in the Benelux and thus the very first in Luxembourg.

In Switzerland, we hold a strong market presence through Hedin Automotive, with operations in the greater Zurich area and the country's eastern parts.

As the second largest BMW and MINI retailer in the country, we offer a comprehensive range of new and used passenger cars, as well as BMW Motorrad motorcycles. We are also the exclusive retailer of INEOS Grenadier, Dodge, and RAM.

In East Central Europe our retail activities are operating under the Motor-Car trademark. Motor-Car provides an end-to-end offer in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through an extensive dealer network comprising 17 dealerships in Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

In addition to its leading retail position, Motor-Car also operates an extensive aftermarket business in major cities in the region.

In Slovakia, Motor-Car is a market-leading retailer of Mercedes-Benz and KIA.

In East Central Europe our retail activities are operating under the Motor-Car trademark. Motor-Car provides an end-to-end offer in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through an extensive dealer network comprising 17 dealerships in Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

In addition to its leading retail position, Motor-Car also operates an extensive aftermarket business in major cities in the region.

In Hungary, Motor-Car is a significant automotive retailer, representing KIA, Mercedes-Benz, Opel and Volvo.

In East Central Europe our retail activities are operating under the Motor-Car trademark. Motor-Car provides an end-to-end offer in passenger cars, trucks, and buses through an extensive dealer network comprising 17 dealerships in Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

In addition to its leading retail position, Motor-Car also operates an extensive aftermarket business in major cities in the region.

In the Czech Republic, Motor-Car represents Mercedes-Benz and Opel at four locations.

In the UK, we are operating own retail activities since April 2023, when three full-service dealerships and one workshop representing Mercedes-Benz and smart opened under the Hedin Automotive flag. With some 360 specialists in four attractive locations across South London in Weybridge, Croydon, Dartford and West Bromley, we offer customers a combined broad portfolio of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and aftermarket services.

In August 2023, our presence in Europe’s second largest car market grew, as the esteemed BMW and MINI retailer Stephen James Group was acquired. Stephen James Group employs circa 400 people across five locations in the Greater London area. The group offers a comprehensive range of automotive solutions, selling over 6,000 new and used cars annually. Stephen James is well known for its dedication to exceptional customer service and is one of the top-ranked BMW and MINI retailer groups in the UK.

In Germany we operate KW Autohaus, a retailer of new and used Dodge and RAM in Bremerhaven. The ambition is to create a 360^o American automotive hub in Bremerhaven: a flagship offering end customers all products and services provided by the Klintberg & Way Group.

Our German retail activities was significantly expanded in August 2023, when we acquired Torpedo Gruppe, one of the oldest and largest dealer groups in the country. Torpedo Gruppe provides an end-to-end retail offering to private and corporate customers, with sales of new and used passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks, car rental, insurance and financing solutions, as well as a complete aftermarket business.

Torpedo Gruppe represents Mercedes-Benz, smart, Hyundai, Land Rover and BYD with presence at 21 locations in six German states.
