Hedin Automotive completes the acquisition of Janssen Kerres
Hedin Automotive expands its retailer network to southern Netherlands as it welcomes Janssen Kerres’ 13 dealerships and 300 employees to Hedin Mobility Group.
Hedin Automotive B.V. has completed the acquisitions of all shares in Janssen Kerres Groep B.V. and Janssen Kerres Lease B.V that were announced on July 31, 2023. The completed acquisitions comprise the Dutch dealer group Janssen Kerres’ automotive retail activities with KIA, Renault, Dacia and Nissan (vehicle sales and aftermarket services) as well as its lease activities.
The acquired operations include 13 dealerships and a 50% share in two body shops in the North Brabant and Limburg regions. In 2022, Janssen Kerres’ net sales amounted to MEUR 200.
Through the completed acquisition, Hedin Automotive strengthens its market position in the south of the Netherlands and welcomes Janssen Kerres’ 300 co-workers, all of whom now continue their employment within Hedin Automotive, to Hedin Mobility Group.
