Hedin companies in four countries recognised as Great Place to Work

Great Place to Work maps how employees perceive their workplace through a certification process that includes an in-depth analysis of workplace dynamics, employee experiences, and leadership effectiveness. The survey delves into five critical dimensions that form the bedrock of high-trust, high-performance cultures.

A Great Place to Work certification is proof that the organisation is perceived as a good workplace by its employees. Several companies within Hedin Mobility Group have previously been recognised as a Great Place to Work. This year, a total of eight Hedin companies have received the prestigious certification:

• Bavaria Sweden – One of the largest retailers of BMW and MINI in Sweden
• Bavaria Norway – One of the largest retailers of BMW and MINI in Norway
• Carstore Norway – Used vehicle retailer with three dealerships in Norway
• GS Bildeler Norway – Norway's largest independent supplier of spare parts and accessories for BMW
• Hedin Automotive Norway – Business management and support functions
• Hedin Automotive Switzerland – The second largest BMW and MINI retailer in Switzerland
• Hedin Performance Cars Sweden – The largest Porsche retailer in Sweden
• Koed Denmark – Spare parts and accessories for BMW and MINI in Denmark and Norway
