Hedin Automotive Belgium completes the acquisition of Mercedes-Benz Trucks Center Sint-Pieters-Leeuw
With the full-service dealership joining Hedin Automotive Belgium, the company significantly improves its market reach in the Brussels region and Wallonia.
MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, December 16, 2022 –– Hedin Automotive Belgium AB has completed the acquisition of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks Center in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw that was announced on October 12, 2022.
Henrik Lessèl, CEO of Hedin Automotive Belgium AB said:

In 2021, the Mercedes-Benz Trucks Center in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw sold 348 vehicles, including 167 trucks and 181 vans, accounting for a turnover of MEUR 26.9. The 3,900 sq m premises offer a variety of services and products including new truck sales, new and used vans, an extensive service operation and a spare part warehouse.
After the completed acquisition, Hedin Automotive now operates 20 Mercedes-Benz and three Toyota dealerships, as well as one Toyota/Lexus dealership, in Belgium.
