Hedin Automotive completes the acquisition of Garage Pirsch’s Mazda activities in Luxembourg

MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, June 2, 2023 –– Hedin Automotive Luxembourg S.A. has completed the acquisition of the Mazda activities of car retailer Garage Pirsch s.à.r.l. in Luxembourg, Luxembourg that was announced on May 9, 2023.

The transaction comprises all Garage Pirsch’s Mazda activities in sales of new and used cars as well as aftermarket services. Garage Pirsch holds the sales rights for Mazda in Luxembourg and the dealership will be the very first INEOS Grenadier showroom in the country.

Following the completed acquisition, Hedin Automotive now has a complete market-leading retail presence throughout the Benelux. For Hedin Mobility Group as a whole, the transaction means that the group is now established in a total of 14 countries.
