Hedin Bil acquires BilMånsson’s Ford business in Halmstad and Värnamo and their Jaguar/Land Rover business in Halmstad
I.A. Hedin Bil AB acquires BilMånsson i Halland AB and BilMånsson BC AB. The acquisition will be completed on June 1st, conditional on the Swedish Competition Authority's (Konkurrensverket) approval, and the business within BilMånsson will over time be integrated with Hedin Bil’s current Ford- and JLR operations.
BilMånsson i Halland AB is a Ford retailer with two Ford Store dealerships in Halmstad and Värnamo. BilMånsson BC AB is a retailer of Jaguar and Land Rover with a dealership in Halmstad, shared together with Ford.

The dealerships will employ a total of about 50 people, and it is estimated to sell appr. 1,200 vehicles annually.
The Ford facility in Halmstad covers 6,500 m2 and the facility in Värnamo 3,500 m2. These will be the twelfth and thirteenth Ford dealerships within Hedin Bil.
The dealerships in Halmstad are located at Kundvägen 16 and Värnamo at Bredastensvägen 6.
