Hedin Bil acquires Ford after sales business from Volvo Car Retail UM AB
Hedin Mölndal Bil AB, a subsidiary to I.A. Hedin Bil AB, is growing through the acquisition of Ford after sales in Stockholm och Uppsala.
Hedin Bil acruies the Ford after sales business in Stockholm and Uppsala from Volvo Car Retail UM AB. The transfer, that is conditional on approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, will be made on 1 October and the business will successively be integrated with Hedin Bil present Ford business.

We continue to invest in Ford Sweden and are proud to have the opportunity to take care of the after sales customers in the present facilities. Ford Hedin Bil is as of today Swedens largest Ford-dealer with 14 facilities in Sweden. The company will sell approximately 12 000 vehicles during 2021.
