Hedin Bil acquires Renault and Dacia business from Volvo Car Retail UM AB and Bra Bil Väsby Stockholm AB
Hedin Stockholm Bil AB, a subsidiary to l I.A. Hedin Bil AB, is growing through the acquisition of Renault and Dacia business in the north of Stockholm and Uppsala.
Volvo Car Retail UM AB and Bra Bil Väsby Stockholm AB has decided to sell the parts of their business that includes Renault and Dacia to Hedin Stockholm Bil AB.

The transfer of the business is planned to 1 October and will result in that the present business of Renault and Dacia at the premises in Kista, Kungsängen and Uppsala will be transferred to Hedin Stockholm Bil AB. The transfer is conditional on approval from the Swedish Competition Authority. Parallel to the transfer Hedin Stockholm Bil AB intends to build three exclusive car facilities for Renault and Dacia close by, which is expected to be ready by the end of 2022.
