Hedin Mobility Group acquires Carltne Bil in Karlshamn
Hedin Mölndal Bil AB, a subsidiary of Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ), is growing through the acquisition of Carltne Bil AB in Karlshamn, Sweden. The acquisition means that Hedin Mobility Group further strengthens its Ford presence in the Swedish market.

Carltne Bil has shown success in its local market, and we believe we can boost this already successful organization. The transition will take place on 4 May 2022, and we look forward to welcoming both existing and new customers”, said Anderz Larqvist, CEO of Hedin Mölndal Bil AB.

Carltne Bil is owned by Jesper Carlsson and Thomas Holtne. The dealership employs about 16 people in car sales, workshop services and car parts. Following the acquisition, Jesper Carlsson will take over as Site Manager and hold the position as Regional After sales Manager, Ford Hedin Bil south region. Thomas Holtne remains in his role in car sales at Carltne Bil.
Ford Hedin Bil is today Sweden's largest Ford dealer with 20 dealerships. The company, including dealerships acquired so far this year, is estimated to sell approximately 17,000 cars in 2022.
