Hedin Mobility Group acquires four Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Belgium from Mercedes-Benz Group

With this acquisition, Hedin Automotive AB strengthens its presence in the Belgian market and also its long term commitment to the Mercedes-Benz brand.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to continue to grow with Mercedes-Benz in Belgium where we currently operate 15 Mercedes-Benz dealerships of which three are Truck centers. It is a very important market for us.” said Anders Hedin, owner and CEO of Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ).

Hedin Automotive Belgium AB sold 9.223 new Mercedes-Benz vehicles and Trucks in 2021, and had a total turnover of €438M.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the Belgian competition authorities.
