Hedin Mobility Group acquires four Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the UK

Hedin Mobility Group takes first step into Europe's second largest car market.

MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, November 24, 2022 –– Hedin Mobility Group today announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire four dealerships in South London from Mercedes-Benz Retail Group UK Ltd.

The acquisition marks Hedin Mobility Group's first fully owned operation in the UK – Europe's second largest car market in terms of registered passenger cars. Mercedes-Benz is one of the leading luxury brands in the growing UK car market.

The transaction comprises four attractive locations – Brooklands, in Surrey, along with Dartford, Croydon, and West Bromley – with a combined broad portfolio of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and aftermarket services. The four dealerships employ a total of approximately 360 people.
