Hedin Mobility Group and Salvador Caetano Group acquire the distribution business in Sweden and Denmark from Renault
Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ) will through a joint venture company, together with Salvador Caetano Group, Hedin Caetano AB, acquire all the shares in Renault Nordic AB from Renault s.a.s. The newly established joint venture will thus become the importer and distributer of all Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands in Sweden and Denmark.
Through this joint venture, Hedin Mobility Group will not only strengthen its presence in the Swedish market, but also for the first time enter Denmark as a distributor.

In 2021, Renault Nordic AB registered 17.499 passenger vehicles, and 8.936 commercial vehicles in both markets combined.
Hedin Caetano AB will focus on growing the brands and its customer satisfaction and brand dedication will be key.
