Hedin Mobility Group and Salvador Caetano Group complete the acquisition of Renault Nordic AB
Hedin Mobility Group expands in the area of import and distribution together with Renault and Salvador Caetano Group as Hedin Caetano becomes importer and distributer of the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands in Sweden and Denmark.
MÖLNDAL, 2 May 2022 –– Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ) today announces that Hedin Caetano AB – a 50/50 joint venture company between Hedin Mobility Group and Salvador Caetano Group – has completed the acquisition of all shares in Renault Nordic AB from Renault s.a.s. that was announced on 9 February 2022.
The business of import and distribution of the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands in Sweden and Denmark is transferred to Hedin Caetano as of today, 2 May 2022.
With customer satisfaction and brand dedication in focus, Hedin Caetano will grow the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands to drive sales and strengthen the brands’ market position in Sweden and Denmark. As part of this, a new efficient and customer-focused retail and distribution platform will be implemented.

In 2021, Renault Nordic AB registered 17,499 passenger vehicles, and 8,936 commercial vehicles in both markets combined.
