Hedin Mobility Group completes acquisition of four Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Antwerp

Hedin Mobility Group strengthens its position on the Belgian market and its representation of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, 15 September 2022 –– Hedin Mobility Group’s subsidiary Hedin Automotive Belgium AB has today completed the acquisition of four Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Antwerp from Mercedes-Benz Group that was announced on February 15, 2022.

The business of the four dealerships, which together employs approximately 80 people, is transferred to Hedin Automotive Belgium AB as of today, September 15, 2022.

Following the completed acquisition, Hedin Automotive now operates 19 Mercedes-Benz dealerships, and three Toyota/Lexus dealerships, in Belgium. In 2021, Hedin Automotive Belgium AB sold 9,223 new Mercedes-Benz vehicles and trucks and had a total turnover of €438m.
