Hedin Mobility Group completes the acquisition of Stern
Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ), announced on January 10, 2022 that it had reached an agreement with the listed Dutch automotive retail Group Stern Groep N.V. regarding the purchase of all shares in Stern Facilitair B.V. The transaction includes all Stern’s core activities. Hedin Mobility Group is today announcing the completion of the acquisition.
With this acquisition, Hedin Mobility Group enters the Dutch market for the first time with 50 dealerships and adds three new brands to the portfolio, (Volvo, Peugeot and London Electric Vehicle Company). Stern represents 20 leading car brands and offers a variety of mobility services.
