Hedin Mobility Group completes the acquisitions of Mats Lindholms Bil and Molin Bil
Hedin Mobility Group expands the BMW business within Bavaria, taking a leading position in the Swedish market.
MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, February 1, 2023 –– Hedin Mobility Group has today completed the acquisitions of the BMW dealers Mats Lindholms Bil AB and Molin Bil AB, which were announced on December 15, 2022.
The transactions include all activities related to the sale of new and used passenger cars as well as a wide range of aftermarket services in both companies, which are carried out at three full-service dealerships in Sundsvall, Umeå, and Örsnköldsvik. In total, the three dealerships employ around 80 people and sold more than 2,200 new and used cars in 2021.
The acquired dealerships will be incorporated into Bavaria Sverige Bil AB but will for a period continue to operate under existing names.
