Hedin Mobility Group's Ford investment continues – all acquired dealerships in 2022 have now been transferred
Ford Hedin Bil continues to strengthen its position as Sweden's largest Ford dealer as all dealerships acquired during the year have now been transferred.
MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, 10 June 2022 –– During May and June, Hedin Mobility Group has completed previously announced acquisitions of a total of four Ford dealers. This means that Hedin Mobility Group has so far in 2022 acquired and taken over six Ford dealerships that combined employ over 90 people in car sales, workshop services and car parts.

The acquired dealers and dealerships are distributed as follows:
- Dahlqvists Bil in Ängelholm, Hässleholm and Kristianstad, with approx. 45 employees in total. The businesses was transferred to Hedin Mobility Group on 1 June.
- Carltne Bil in Karlshamn with approx. 15 employees. The business was transferred on 4 May.
- Hedbergs Bil's Ford dealership in Helsingborg with approx. 20 employees. The business was transferred on 1 June.
- Lagerstedts Bil in Haninge with approx. 15 employees. The business was transferred on 7 June.
Ford Hedin Bil is today Sweden's largest Ford dealer with 25 dealerships. The company, including acquired businesses this year, is estimated to sell approximately 17,000 cars in 2022. Hedin Mölndal Bil delivered approximately 6,800 new cars in 2021, with total net sales of approximately SEK 2.9 billion.
