Since 1996, Bavaria has experienced great success as a BMW and MINI dealership in Norway and Sweden. The company has now signed an agreement with BMW, which makes Bavaria Stavanger the only combined BMW car and motorcycle dealer in the Nordic region.
- We are both delighted and proud. BMW Motorrad is a great addition and a natural extension of our existing operations. We are gearing up for a completely new customer group, says Hallvard Vikeså, CEO of Bavaria Norway.
BMW Motorrad recently visited BMW Group Northern Europe in Stavanger to evaluate several possible representatives for the brand in.

Above all however, we are convinced that the passion and commitment in Bavaria will greatly contribute to our joint success. BMW Motorrad will now be allocated dedicated resources to focus 100% on motorcycles, while the business will be fully integrated into the operation of the rest of the dealership, says Carlos Cabrera, CEO of BMW Motorrad in BMW Group Northern Europe.
The general manager of Bavaria Stavanger, Jone Hana, hopes that BMW Motorrad will be a significant part of the operation in the future. The expansion is an important milestone in Bavaria's strong growth ambitions and builds on the company's solid alliance with BMW.
- We aim to start with motorcycles in spring 2022 and have already started the search for enthusiastic and dedicated employees who will build our motorcycle business brick by brick. With the new business area, we will reach out both to new customer groups as well as to our loyal customers, says Hana.
The motorcycle center in Stavanger will become the second BMW motorcycle center in the Hedin group after Dielsdorf, Switzerland.
