Hedin takes over Porsche Center Umeå
Upon approval by the Swedish Competition Authority the acquisition of Porsche Center Umeå was finalized today.
On 9 of July earlier this year it was announced that an agreement had ben entered into regarding the acquisition of Porsche Center Umeå (Autoflorio AB). The transaction, that was conditional on approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, has now been finalized.
Together with the Porsche Center that currently is being built in Linköping the facility in Umeå will be the groups fifth Porsche Center in Sweden, and number nine including the dealerships in Norway.
”The group’s investment in Porsche continues and within a couple of years we are planning to expand further in Sweden with the opening of a Porsche Center in Luleå and a Porsche Center in Halmstad. For the Norwegian business we are considering several options for expansion, says Rickard Magnusson, CEO.”
